I am a passionate Wim Hof Method Advanced Instructor and Nature Resilience Trainer, and I would love to share my enthusiasm for these transformative methods with you.
The Wim Hof Method changed my life so profoundly that the wish to pass it on grew very quickly inside me - to help others raise their own quality of life, just as I did.
Later I added the training as a Nature Resilience Trainer, because I feel that nature offers a unique space. It regulates the nervous system, creates clarity, and brings us back into connection - with ourselves and with each other. The perfect complement to the Wim Hof Method.
In a relatively short time, I went from being a burdened, physically and mentally unstable woman to an energetic, life-loving person. I found healthy sleep, became truly healthy, and learned to enjoy the cold instead of merely enduring it. My performance and resilience increased enormously.
The key to these positive changes was the Wim Hof Method together with the Oxygen Advantage techniques - through focused breathing exercises, the conscious confrontation with cold, and the philosophy behind it all.
