My story

From a place of struggle to a life full of energy. This is how the Wim Hof Method changed everything - and why I now share it with you.

Hi, I am Katja

Passionate about human potential

I am a passionate Wim Hof Method Advanced Instructor and Nature Resilience Trainer, and I would love to share my enthusiasm for these transformative methods with you.

The Wim Hof Method changed my life so profoundly that the wish to pass it on grew very quickly inside me - to help others raise their own quality of life, just as I did.

Later I added the training as a Nature Resilience Trainer, because I feel that nature offers a unique space. It regulates the nervous system, creates clarity, and brings us back into connection - with ourselves and with each other. The perfect complement to the Wim Hof Method.

My transformation

From struggle to strength

In a relatively short time, I went from being a burdened, physically and mentally unstable woman to an energetic, life-loving person. I found healthy sleep, became truly healthy, and learned to enjoy the cold instead of merely enduring it. My performance and resilience increased enormously.

The key to these positive changes was the Wim Hof Method together with the Oxygen Advantage techniques - through focused breathing exercises, the conscious confrontation with cold, and the philosophy behind it all.

Whether you want to optimise your sleep, increase your stress resilience, or strengthen your immune system - all of this and so much more becomes possible when you apply the right techniques.

Kilimanjaro summit
I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in just 46 hours, without acclimatisation. This experience showed me that it is possible to cross limits and achieve the impossible. Whether you have athletic goals, want to improve your general fitness, or simply want to master daily life - I want to help you recognise and overcome your own limits.

Plank challenge
I held a plank position for two full hours. For me this is not primarily a sign of physical fitness, but proof of the power of mental focus. When you learn to control your mind, you can stay steady in other areas of life too - in stressful situations at work, challenges in daily life, or athletic competition.
